I’m Danyel OZ, an indie music artist with a passion for crafting songs that blend stories, emotions, and melodies across genres. My music is rooted in real experiences - both my own and those of people around me; woven into lyrics that aim to connect deeply with listeners.

By day, I’m a seasoned Information Security professional with over 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity, governance, and risk management. I’ve built frameworks, led teams, and created solutions that protect businesses and empower people. That world demands precision, structure, and discipline.

Music, for me, is the counterbalance; the place where imperfection is allowed, where feelings take the lead, and where honesty matters more than polish. I don’t chase perfection; I chase truth. My songs carry raw emotions, inspirations, dreams, and everyday stories. If even one person feels seen, heard, or comforted through my music, then I’ve done my part.

Born and raised in the Philippines, my sound is a fusion of acoustic pop, alternative rock, and hip hop/rap. Each track reflects a piece of who I am; shaped by both the structured world of cybersecurity and the boundless space of music, always created with the hope of reaching hearts that need it most.
